These courses aim to develop a deeper understanding in experimental design, data evaluation and numerical analysis. Numerical / Experimental Course list is created by the Department and the authority of updating the course list belongs to the Department Board. Students need to complete the courses that are expected to help them specialize in their area of research. Students should consult their thesis advisers when deciding on these elective courses to ensure maximum benefits for their research interests and thesis study.  At least two of the SC courses must be completed from among the courses offered by the Department.
