Our professional training in HSE and First Aid
What we actually have today is a much broader range of organizations with a wider variety of risks to be managed.
In the world of professional training, we focus a great deal on what our trainers achieve for others through the services we provide – education, health care, fire and rescue services and so on. But training integrity has to start with your own workforce. The values you espouse externally have to be visibly demonstrated within the organization first. There is no better place to start this professional training process than by leading health and safety.
Our professional training in HSE and First Aid is a strong contribution to the worldwide effort being led by our board of faculty. It is, after all, about the most important reality facing the health, safety, and environmental crises we are addressing today. Emergency situations occur anywhere and at any time, however, petroleum sector organizations generate a significant concern because accidents happen routinely and field employees are the first ones to perform the assistance measures. Given this reality, training courses or even the inclusion of first aid knowledge in the organization’s policy is made compulsory.
Based on what that, this professional training course was aimed at improving the role of field employees facing urgency and emergency situations in their environmental context. Descriptive study with a qualitative approach developed by our professional board of faculty, having as scenario an office, refinery and field (onshore and offshore rigs) from a professional network and multiple active trainers from this institution as professional HSE consultants.
